Ordered a cafe Americano. Tasted like water. Had to run and did not have time to make a fuss. Also, I paid with card and was not offered a receipt, whether I like one or not.

Krystal was very unfriendly i was in the drive thru and stepped inside to use the restroom in a hurry for work she said I couldn’t unless I bought something I told her my family was in the drive thru and made me wait to verify that they were. I understand their new policy but that was very unprofessional.
